Buyer questions

Questions buyers actually ask

Are my files uploaded?

No. Decoding, mesh generation, validation and STL export run on your device. The site downloads its scripts and public samples; it never uploads your file.

View source

Does this reconstruct a full 3D object?

No. Relief and lithophane map brightness to height or thickness. Silhouette and SVG extrude flat outlines. STL stores geometry only, with coordinates intended as millimeters.

View source

Can I use WebP as well as PNG and JPG?

Yes, raster decoding accepts PNG, JPG and WebP. Prepared SVG has a separate vector path. Animated content and arbitrary image formats are not supported.

View source

What should I check after downloading?

Open the STL in your slicer, confirm the intended dimensions in millimeters, inspect holes and isolated pieces, and choose orientation and printer settings. Automatic closed-mesh checks do not prove every thin detail will print.
