What is Sequenzy?
An AI-native email marketing tool for SaaS. Campaigns, automations and transactional email run from one account. It writes every email in your brand, sends on your product and billing events and reports revenue per email.
How does pricing work?
You pay for the emails you send each month, never for contacts. Contacts, lists, segments and sending domains are unlimited, and every plan has every feature. Free covers 2,500 emails a month; paid plans start at $19.
Will anything send without my approval?
No. Drafts stay drafts until you schedule a campaign or turn a flow on. An AI agent connected over MCP can draft and set things up, and only sends to real contacts once you give it full access.
Which events can start an email?
Stripe billing events, events from your app through the API, PostHog or Segment, joining a list, entering or leaving a segment, and inactivity can start emails. Paddle, Polar and other billing integrations sync too.
Can my AI agent run it?
Yes. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor connect through the remote MCP server with OAuth, and scripts use the CLI or REST API.
Does it do SMS and push?
Yes. Push works on web, iOS and Android on every plan. SMS is a $16/mo add-on on paid plans with 1,000 credits a month and a toll-free number.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
